My extremely thrifty hampers (with pics)

I thought I would start a different thread because there is so much info going along with the pictures. So here goes

Cousin (age 8)

Teddy – poundland - £1
Picture frame – Au naturel – was £3, now 95p
Bang on door books – Au naturel – Was £1.50 each, now 45p each
Hair clip – Au naturel - £1
Nail varnish sets – Local chemist - £1
Lip gloss set – Local chemist - £1
Note pad – poundland - £1 (not shown)
Ruby & millie nail polish remover wipes – poundland- £1
Cup – asda – 50p
Hot choc – asda 40p
Extra long spoon – instore (poundstrecher)- 35p
Choc coins – wilkinsons 59p

Total - £10.14

Cousin (18 year old boy)

Lambretta bodywash – asda – was £2.99, now 99p
Lambretta deodorant – asda – was £1.89, now 79p
Lambretta hair putty – asda – was £2.99, now 99p
England glasses – instore – was £3, now £1

Total - £3.77

Mother in law (47)

Photo album of kids – bought last year in sales as part of set – 50p
Diary – instore – 80p
Potpourri – instore – was £2.50, now 20p
Cup, choc, spoon as before.
Spa set – poundland - £1
Oil burner – poundland – was £1, now 50p
Oils – local market – 30p each
Candle set at bottom – bought in sale last year - £1
Book - from my own collection

    Want to get a picture frame and a pic of the kids, and maybe something else to fill it out

    Leather picture frame – bought in sales last year - £1 (put in pic of kids)

    Box of mint chocs (in the wine gift box) poundland - £1

    I am actually using a different one for my little cousin, a pink one, but the one Ihave shown it in, is £3.50 from instore (or pound strecher dependant on where you live)

    The chocolate coloured box, and the wine style box are from au naturel £1.50 for the chocolate one, and 50p for the little wine one we have used to put chocs in.

    They all came off don't worry lol, I left them on so I could tot up how much it all cost. :D
