Is MobileShop now the only trusted dealer for cashbacks?
Options
It looks like they only now have one completely free deal left so maybe they've got so big that they're going the same way as Dialaphone etc and not offering the best deals any more.
Do we have another we trust or were they the only ones ledt who weren't losing cash-back vouchers etc.
BTW don't recommend E2Save to me. My girlfriend accidentally posted 2 cashbacks by normal post and (surprise surprise) they got lost so as far as I'm concerned they're now as bad as the rest.

Don't put your trust in mobileshop either now.
They are not paying up on time, and have changed their terms to allow them another 15 days to pay up. They seem to think they can apply this change to everyone even if they are old customers who were on different terms.
In any case they are taking more than an extra 15 days.

i would still recommend e2save, they've been good for me, even though sometimes they require some small reminding! DO send all claims by recorded so if it does get lost, you can tell them and send it again.  :beer:0

Everyone talks about there being no more TRUSTED dealers about. Were there every any in teh first place? People seem to believe that it should be so easy to just claim their money and they should get it back on 12 month free contracts. But the very nature of this deal means the distributors are at a loss, who would give away money freely? My opinion is sign up with the big companies, but be ready to do a little work for your money. I had to chase e2save for my cashback twice, so did my mother. However, atleast I know it WILL come if i do what is required, at the end of 12 months Ive paid nothing for a decent phone and a hell of a lot of minutes.
So despite having to chase up e2save, would I use them agian? Yes, as the alternative of paying say £100 - 200 for the same deal just so that I dont have to make a few calls and a few emails to get my money, doesnt seem to be as sweet!

The way I look at it is rather simple. If are going to sign up to a new contract then you might as well go with a cash back deal, unless you can get something good directly from the network.
The reason I say this is because I have friends who go directly to the network, get no discounts and no special offers. So why not go with a 12 month free deal? What's the worst that can happen? Oh that's right you don't get any cash back, but wait a sec you were going to pay for it anyway......
I'm not saying don't do some research into the deals on offer and choose wisely but don't forsake them just because you can't be arsed with the hassle. At the end of the day the chance to save, in my case £385 is way too good to pass up.
Happy deal hunting,

Thanks for the advice but I'm capable of deciding for myself what I want from a deal and that is for the vendor to do what they say they're going to do and not try to skank me.
The vendors make their money out of commission from the networks and the networks make money out of incoming calls too. There's no need for anyone to cheat or lie.0 -

Yes, this money becomes your cashback or am i mistaken? So by giving you all your cashback they loose their profit.0
