    Thanks for starting a new challenge up. It must have been a lot of work for Zav this year so i admire anyone who offers to sort it out.

    I have just sent you a google docs message. I have set myself a target of £5000 for the year. I have done nearly £19k this year with a lot of effort. I can see the 5k being a huge challenge for me but i have signed up for almost that amount per year on the 3 year challenge, so might as well push myself.

    A good time to regain my focus as i am just starting to get my 'must treat everyone as it is nearly xmas' head on. :rolleyes:

    Can I join too? Started late as only got mortgage in September so was aiming for £50 per month in 2009 but managed £500 in first month and on target for £200 this month. Still quite a few bits and pieces to get so setting a target of £3000 for 2010 with monthly OP of £200 topped up when I come into any extra funds.

    Hello
    New to this. Have been concentrating on clearing all other debts as per Martins excellent advice, and have been working really hard to overpay since April this year. Overpayments on 60,000 mortgage are currently £540 per month. I am waiting for the annual statement to arrive almost as much as Christmas! How sad am I?? I'd love to join your list for 2010.

    Not another mortgage challenge......... oh all right then :)

    But can I be really cheeky & ask for number 11 as that's my MFiT take 2 number & it would make my life easier :) I'm not very good with numbers :rotfl:

    Now, what should my challenge be :think: My MFiT challenge is £68432, so 1/3 of that is £22810.67. But, I will be paying slightly more in interest in the 1st year so maybe I should reflect that & make it a little lower :confused:. But that's assuming mortgage rates stay the same over the 3 years, so maybe I should make it a bit higher to try to get ahead? But I have also factored in a small savings payout in Yr 2, so I could knock that off :think:. Have I allowed enough for BTL bills :eek:? And how much should I expect to get from mystery shopping :confused:? Will I ever get a pay rise again :rolleyes:?

    After all those deliberations I have come up with the precise figure of £25,000. Ish :o

    I'm in. Could I please be number 7 (like Gallygirl to match MFiT-T2). I think I'd like to set my target at £4,000 for the year. Very stretching, but as we have just remortgaged and I'm not sure what can afford yet as a need a clear month to sort through everything.
