    Hi

My target for the year is £13200 to pay directly off the mortgage (IO so any payment counts as an overpayment!)

I have a further target to put into savings with a view to paying off the mortgage of £9500.

Hiya Can I join in to please. This year I reset my target due to unexpected items at the beginning of the year but have managed to beat this. Would like to try to set a target of £4100 for 2010 and will see if I am able to make this as we may move to a bigger house (if the houses start selling again and saved up more of a deposit).

Thanks for setting it up. it is good to read how everyone is doing as you sometimes lose sight of this.

Hi Cake 21, thanks for doing this.

I'd like to be number 20 please, to tie in with my MFi3T2 number.

Will go for a target of £5K for the coming year. Less than this year but need to build up the savings and have some home improvements to do.

    LM :)

    Hi

My target is £20,000 in op's in 2010. I have op'd £1600 in Oct and Nov without much pain so want to really go for it.

Thank you for starting this cake21 (and letting me have no 14).

Glad someone has taken the time to set this one up! As someone who was too late to join the 2009 MFW challenge and, although an active member, someone for whom the MFiT-T2 challenge will run just a bit too long, here is where my mortgage journey truly belongs.

As at the moment, my mortgage is £34,125 - or 13 monthly payments of interest plus £2,625. On that basis, I'm looking to clear the mortgage (or leave it as a nominal £1 sum) on 01/12/2010.

I'll happily take any number going.

    Cheers,

    Billy

    Hi Cake

Ive sent you a PM to ask if its okay for me to join next years challenge. If its okay, I would like to overpay by £5000.

Not sure what my current mortgage balance is though, if you need this info I will call Abbey tomorrow to get it.
