E platinum plus ???

Has anyone heard of the above credit card i believe it is a rip off but i cannot find a site for it apart from the application page but i am not putting my name to anything unless i can see what it is first i would be gratefull for any help you can give :-) thank you

    Just googled it. £99.95 membership fee and £4.95 a month? Cripes
  • I don't see how they can legally advertise it as 0% APR when it has fees attached, looks like a scam to me. They don't actually indicate anywhere what you can buy with it either.

    yeah looks like you can only spend their credit on their associated website "e credit shopping club"too, have to pay 15% of your outstanding balance monthly and the prices are probably well above the market too - you can't see the prices until you become a member (and pay the £100 fee!!!)

    It,s not actually a credit card either it says it,s not a visa or mastercard but a Shopping card.they're based in Oxford.

    gosh I do some many competitions I never know if any emails I get are genuine or not now.
  • hey yes i got an email inviting me aswell. aswell as the high introductory fee and monthly payment you can only use it on their website. the website only contains electricall items such as ipods, playstations, x-boxs and ps3 -not much of a game selection. fridge freezers and washingmachines ect. not alot of choice for the set up fee of about £100 not worth it at all guys.
  • i saw the ad in the facebook. I really hope watch dog will have a look at it a problem and investigate.

    Its a complete ripoff designed to lure people who cant afford the credit in the first place i must get one of these emails every week now and i just delete it. i would advise anyone else who receives one to do the same. :-) x
