Hello there folks.
been sorting out some issues from yesterday - thankfully resolved today.;)
Anyway since emailing that letter to Click last night, I have just checked my emails and here is the reply.
Dear
Thank you for your email and we will be responding to you.
Yours sincerelyCompliance Manager (Click)So thanks Tiggrae and also Marshallka for all your help here, I needed a push here and it seems to be doing the trick - put it this way I have never received a reply back so quickly lol, so thanks both.:DWill tell you more as soon as we have a response here. Also just to confirm that we received a letter through the post today from the Consumer Consultant regarding my enquiry about "unfair rebate" with Endeavour, here is what is in the letter:DearYOUR COMPLAINT ABOUT ENDEAVOUR PERSONAL FINANCE LIMITEDThank you for contacting us.As this is a "NEW" complaint I have allocated a NEW reference which is XXXXXXX.I should explain that you may be eligible to complain about the "Unfair settlement/rebate.But before we can consider a complaint, the business concerned must have been given a chance to put things right.I would therefore suggest contacting the business with details of your complaint.Their address:SirsEndeavour Personal Finance Limited LimitedCentral Complaints DepartmentPO BOX 3607BirminghamB1 2XJThe business should issue their final response in writing within 8 weeks of the date they receive your complaint. On receipt of business's final response, if your feel they have not put things right, or alternatively, if you have not heard from them after those 8 weeks, please complete the enclosed complaint form, and send it to us along with any supporting documentation including copy of the original agreement. They have sent the form along with the letter, this saves me doing this online now lol and have already added a bit in for me where is states"Please tell us what your complaint is about", the consumer consultant added:Unhappy with unfair settlement of the insurance. Customer believes the rebate was incorrect - this is not connected to the previous complaint ref XXXXXXX.(Because the other complaint about the mis selling was sent back to us - and this is a different complaint)And the date was added in the date box for us, at NOV 2005.So again thanks to both Tiggrae and Marshallka,, how amazing they are.:A :A .The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

The original loan was taken out over 5 yrs. About a year before it was paid up, we borrowed some more and it was once again taken over more years. Then we borrowed some more in 2006 and that started another 5 years. I hope you underdstand. I don't explain myself very well. LOL0 -

I wish FOS would just let me know if they are accepting my complaints or not as its been 3 weeks tomorrow and still no word of "yes" we can help or "no" we cannot help. Might ring tomorrow i think just to ask if they are moving forward with any of mine. Not heard anything for two weeks now. I know they are snowed under but i just want to know if they are accepting the complaints or not.

Nah your not being impatient hun, you just want to know and that's fair enough.
I think you will also hear this week, I worked it out that it was just over 3 weeks ago we contacted the FOS about the unfair rebate, wanted to put it into writing by email so that I didn't miss anything, like a new complaint and not that of mis selling, that they was regulated when we settled in NOV 2005 and so on.;)
Its nice to know though isn't it hun?
Also for others in this situation to.:D
If you hear nothing in the morning then maybe its a good idea for you to give them a ring.;)
Good luck hunn! The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
