Same happened to me with A&L when I initiated 5 £50 payments, which I thought was the threshold. They phoned hours later but did send it via FP on that day.Dagobert0 -
And did they send it in the end?
They said that I can make the third payment by phone but I declined. Instead, I paid it in at my local Tesco (5 min walk) via Tesco Instant cash card.
I am wary of attempting a third payment today because I am in Hong Kong until August and I don't want to do anything which can jeopardise my online access.0 -

Excellent news. If this rate of progress is continued - they should be up to the £10k 'immediate' ceiling comfortably for 2020!
What bemuses me is the absolute lack of realistic information to customers. If you look at the data they've had available for months now ..... it all looks to be functioning 'as designed' :
