Thanks for the advice guys. I had a glass of wine ( been cold turkey almost since New Year so its gone to my head
) DH is on his way home now so that will stop the nibbles.
Kat -I am matron of honour in June and July  Another wedding to go to in 4 weeks - I want to lost at least 5lbs by then, fingers crossed
Day one! - again!0 -
Why is it that when you get depressed about your weight/size that you do exactly what you shouldnt do and eat
Had a bridesmaid fitting today and wasnt happy about the dress (it looked and felt tight - even though I was measured for it and have lost weight since the initial measurement) so what did I do - came home and have eaten all round me - I now feel even more depressed and to top it off I feel sick cos of the chocolate that I have eaten  Where's Petrichor and her beating smilies when you need them
Aw Honey (((hugs))) - I know exactly how you're feeling, I've done the same thing myself on many many occasions, but as Kat says, you know what you're doing and you've stopped yourself, and I'm sure one slip won't have done that much damage.
This may be what you need to motivate yourself to lose those 5 pounds, and by the day of the wedding your dress will be a perfect fit and you won't have anything to worry about. If it is still on the tight side, you could consider some minimising underwear just to nip things in a bit, but I bet you won't need to.
Why not make tomorrow Day One, and 'discipline*' yourself by sticking to SW 100% for 2 or 3 days and keeping syns to a minimum, which will probably counteract today's slip up.
* why does that remind me of Petrichor's hilarious phrase - "bend me over and spank me thin" - which makes me howl with laughter, as did the spanking smiley!!:rotfl:
Have a good week.

Hi all
Just a quickie to wish everyone good luck with their weigh ins this week, and to thank Honey again for offering to do the update - I'm sure you'll all be kind to her.
If I get the opportunity to log on to the 'net while I'm away I will show my face, but otherwise, I'll see you all again on Thursday.
I hope you all have a good week.
