    How does a 'Golden R&R' work?

    I have just seen on the other thread someone say they got the refund, the receipt was not marked so they were going to pick up another copy and get that refunded. Did I read that right?

    Is this not in the criminal world known as theft?

    What is the difference between picking up the DVD and walking out with it compared to taking it to the customer service desk and walking out with the cash?

    Or am I missing something?

    For a golden R&R, you get an R&R the normal way and then take the same item back with the receipt for a refund (giving them the item back).
    So you get no product, but 2 refunds.
