Thanks Millie - I am making some earrings, quite effective!!!
Did you order any bookmarks - I think they are good value and fairly large at 5 inches!
I got the chandelier findings in the pic from a seller I use in Hong Kong - very cheap and reliable. I've used them twice now and only take around 7 days to arrive.0 -
Thanks girlies, I'm so excited about the jewels lol I had to get them from the US, argh I can't stand waiting for stuff
They were 4 for $3.85 so thats about 50p each, nice price I thought.
I love those silver chandelier, I haven't used any of those yet Angie, can't wait to see what you make with themand yes, hobbycraft is a nightmare! I got the jump ring maker from there though.
I made some earrings today, I'll be sticking studs on the back rather than danglies. What do you think? I'm not sure about them, they might be too crazy lol"The great pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him and not only will he not scold you, but he will make a fool of himself too."- Samuel Butler0 -

I haven't ordered any bookmarks yet...but I do plan to. I am mad busy at the moment with craft fair on sat and lots of stuff at work, so can't wait till it all calms down and I can chill out and buy some new bits!!
Can you let me know the hong kong seller? 7 days is quick from there, I bought some Swarovski crystals once from China and they took ages to arrive, thanksI made some earrings today, I'll be sticking studs on the back rather than danglies. They are fab!! So intricate and I think they'd look perfect as studs. My one and only effort at fimo earrings was when I was 14 and they were hideous AND I made my poor mum wear them:rotfl: and the bits fell off- hence why I stick to beads, but I am totally in awe of people who work with fimo!0 -
Millie - the seller is jewelrystoresusa - I have used them twice now and they often sell items in bulk. They also give postage discount. I also bought some daisy spacers off of them this time and before I bought bead caps. The chandeliers cost 4p a pair I think!
Sarah - very funky!!!! You are good with the fimo aren't u! They look like little cakes. Do you have a secret obsession with cakes that you aren't telling us about???0 -
