yup, hang on and I'll shift you into the Checklist for Court Bundle thread and you'll find lots of information there with links to CAG for the main court bundle.
  • After a recent annoucement from the OFT i thought my hearing would be cancelled. But today i recieved a letter telling me that my court date will be the 13 september?
    I'm confused????
Will the court defer my claim?
will the bank fold and pay up?
Will i have to pay out for any costs?

I was in the understanding that all claims had been stoppped? i guess this is untrue?

    Starting to panic a bit??

    any help would be appreciated?

While the banks assumed that the courts will see that the OFT is bringing a case to resolve the matter and would stay all thier cases until teh OFT case is concluded. Unfortuantely for the Banks the Courts appear to have other ideas and are carrying on as normal you should prepare for the case to be heard in September and expect the bank to turn up.
As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person

Have you sent your court bundle to the court and the bank?
  • Whats a "Court Bundle"?

I have sent all the relevant forms to both parties if thats what you mean?

I have spoken to the Court and they have said that all is in order and simply to go to court tomorrow morning... I just don't know what to take with me...

Is it this bundle that i should be taking??

    Thanks for your advice
