i think the first 2 could have been mistakes. i would still have contacted the seller.0

The overall results is that the phone is useless.i think the first 2 could have been mistakes. i would still have contacted the seller.
I am still trying to get it unlocked. And for that model it is not available free.
I also believe that if a seller can't be bothered to pay a minimum of attention to what they sell (and no it's not a business) then really they don't deserve to have 100% happy feedback.0

I doubt it would give me much trouble.I would also suggest that if the seller was now to leave a follow up stating that neg left was without any comms that the OP might have problems in future. With the new feedback rules if I noticed this on a buyers account I would certainly consider pulling bids and blocking that buyer as I can't afford to deal with buyers who leave negs like that.
Most of the feedbacks I have are very positively phrased.
In any acse I have contacted the seller now asking her what she thought my options were.
She didn't contact me either (the transaction is about a month old; she has only reacted now ). 0 ). 0

 Only "most" of your feedback?
I think every eBay member can make a statement like "most" of my feedback are positive" but in context, you could have 100 feedback, and 95 are positive. You could have 10,000 and 9995 are positive....
I think I can already judge that your feedback was far from flawless prior to this - especially as this seller had already left you a positive.
I'd also like to point out that at no time have I judged the seller in this thread, as we only have one side of the story. What i can judge is the attitude and courtesy of the buyer, and with that I stand by every statement I have posted so far.
We do not know if the phone was listed unlocked, we do not know if the seller made a mistake with the charger, we do not know if the seller was swapping between o2 and vodaphone which gives the impression of an unlocked phone.
What we do know is that the buyer refused to communicate before leaving feedback (against the advise of ebay itself), and then has taken umbrage at the seller trying to make amends.
Not the sort of buyer anybody wants to deal with really.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0

No all of my feedbacks are positive.; no neg and no neutral. Some are bog standard... "Great Thanks" and some are highly positive ." Highly recommended. Can't fault anything. ""Brilliant item excellent communications, a pleasure to deal with."

And I think you are being misinformed and judgemental for the pleasure of it. I know my feedback and don't need you to "judge" it for what it isn't

It was specifically listed as unlocked. I am not daft, I knew what I was looking for. Thanks.

And I don't want to deal with lying sellers, and believe it is my duty to inform other potential buyers that all is not as it seems with this seller.0

Just as it is the sellers duty to try to resolve issues, but they can not do this unless they are given the opportunity by the buyer.
Telepathy is not normally included in the transaction price. If you would have liked a refund, then maybe you should have asked in the first place, rather than spit dummies and wait for the attention.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0

 I don't want a refund. I want a phone I can use.0

You may want a phone that you can use, but one email may have been all that it took to get your money back.
When you do buy an appropriate phone, just remember it has cost you more as you could not be bothered to ask for a refund - even though you were perfectly within your rights, you chose not to ask, and therefore it has cost you financially. You can't even open a paypal dispute for a refund now you've left it that late.
I think a quick email to the seller would have been a cheaper and more practical way to resolve the matter, but each to their own I suppose.
If you have the money to burn and would rather rant than be constructive about the problem, then who am I to argue....

You are particularly unpleasant for reasons I can't fathom. I can see that you have plenty of experience of thatstevew8975 wrote: »If you have the money to burn and would rather rant than be constructive about the problem, then who am I to argue....

I chose no to get into an argument with a liar.
If you think that 3 weeks to send an item that is not as described and unusable and a lie makes for an adequate transaction, then we have very different standards.0
