mine is still showing processing too and I ordered mine on the 21st and the money has also come out of my bank which makes this a binding contract as far as Im concerned and I will be telling them this when they reply to my email0

I placed my order on the 20th and no news yet. I did not create a online account so does this mean that I cannot trace it? I have got the £1.80 from my CC already taken on that date

I gotta feeling this may not be the end and they may contact me for the extra money owed!
