Just rang avon.
They said that my order is stuck in the order back log queue due to Christmas.
The nice lady said she would push my order again and it would be with me in 3-5 days.

10 items for £3.60 Bargain.

That's what my invoice says too! fingers crossed we don't have to pay any more. I paid on my cc so they can't just take more money from me can they? but i guess they could bill us, hope not.

cs looked into it and there was an outstanding amount on my avon account but they have rectified it and I will not be owing any outstanding amount!!:j :rotfl:

I would recommend anyone else who has the same problem ring cs on 0845 601 4040 as I think that if I hadn't have called them I would still be owing money on the account.

I just phoned cs as one item missing also they said I still owe them for the remaining balance which they would not take off . I explained everything that had happened they aint having none of it still owe so I said they can arrange for items to be collected they are phoning on wednesday to arrange .
beware you could be billed for the rest !!!!!!

I have taken screen shots of the order page, order status and the items I ordered with the total showing at the bottom of the page which total £0.90

So if they choose to be funny with me I can just forward them the screen shots and ask them where exactly on my order did it state that the total of £0.90 was only a part payment.

I am sure if you have the screen shots of your order they cant say anything and will have to ohnour the sale.

Those of you that have not yet recieved your order or that have been told you will need to make a payment for the balance, log into your account and take screen shots of your order (thats if they havnt wiped it out already)

press control + Alt + print screen at the same time , then open a new word doc and paste. it should come up with a screen shot,,, then save it..

Hi. No I don't think ti is cheeky to phone and ask. They had a legitimate offer on and you responded to that. They had a contract to fulfill and have not done so. I would phone them-and If i don't get my order soon I will be phoning them!!!
