    I ordered and avon took the money off my credit card on the 20th dec.
    Order was still showing as processing then on friday showed nothing so i emailed them to ask whats happening, and they replied that it had been cancelled and that if i want my money back i have to send bank statements and also my card details etc. Well by the time i do a photocopy and pay postage etc and more than likely a call to them etc i will have spent over the 90p that they took. I know its only 90p but if they do that to lots of people they will have made quite a bit.

    So i have emailed them back saying i believe they are gaining money by deception and that i give them 14 days to refund me.
    Does anyone know where i stand and is there anything else i can do??

    Yes i have the order number in the confirmation email.
    On avon site it said order processing and then it just disappeared. Thats why i emailed them.

    Just emailed to ask about mine, trouble is I don't get bank statements, so I could plant a tree in the HSBC virtual forest :D

    All they can have off me is a printed statement from a cash machine or a screenshot off internet banking
  • Also they are saying i ordered on the 10th but it was deffinately the 20th and thats the day they took the money too.
