That's how I see it. Up to that point it's "an offer to treat". Once they take the money they have entered into contract with you to supply the goods at that price.0 -
Don't know if anyone was involved in the Doctor Who DVD saga from Virgin Megastores (pricing glitch £6.99), if so they will remember that this company took payment from everyone's account, then a few days later refunded the money followed by an email saying the product was no longer available! So I suspect that if Avon want to do the same, they will. There will no doubt be some way they can wriggle out of it and there'll be nothing we can do about it. So I suggest that no-one gets too excited until the goods actually arrive.0

As was said before in this thread, Avon took the money for the "bubble bath" saga. People then recieved empty boxes with notes inside telling them it was an error etc, or with just a single item.
Put a lot of folk off Avon I can tell you !0 -
