I got my order confirmation back almost straight away, saying they will confirm when posting. Order total confirmed as £1.80 :j

On the top menu bar, click on 'Alist login'. Then when you've logged in (if you're not already), you can 'track an order' here. Mine says 'order processing'.

I had order confirmation by e-mail straight away.

If you log in, then click on the number of points to redeem that it says you have, you should see Order History and Track Your Order near the top of the page.
