Avon Glitch - 5 products for £2

Mine arrived today also but i ordered a few other bits.... incase

My total order came to £6 something.But that included delivery.The 5 items and 2 products that were 2 for £5. So very happy here too.

3 items missing but called cs and they are sending them out to me no problem.

just noticed invoice says grand total 20.52 payment recieved 2.70!!! would they be able to take the extra money from my account?!!!

Just received my order, 3 items missing from my order too, Skin So Soft Winter Soft Rich Body Cream x 3 The packaging was quite bad, I could have taken the items out without opening the packing tape.

Just had an email from avon saying they can't track it from my email address, full name & order number.
Had to send off more details

Mine says:

Total price of products £20.82
Less discount (10%) 0.30
Shipping and handling 0.00
Grand total £20.52

Payment received
Visa £2.70
Total payment received £2.70


It's been a long time since I ordered from them so not sure what the invoice layout is usually like.

Can't be doing with the worry wondering if they are going to take the out standing amount from my account so im now on the phone to cs i will let you know what they say

cs looked into it and there was an outstanding amount on my avon account but they have rectified it and I will not be owing any outstanding amount!!:j :rotfl:

I would recommend anyone else who has the same problem ring cs on 0845 601 4040 as I think that if I hadn't have called them I would still be owing money on the account.
