    Thanks, I have just tried calling them, but they closed at 12, so ive e mailed them instead! Lets see what they come up with eh?!!!

    I haven't received goods yet but I just checked my email confirmation and it states Total cost of order £1.80. How can they try and charge more.

    Just make sure that you take screen shots of your order when you login to your avon account.

    That way if all the items you have ordered are listed, then really thay cant argue it.

    I did that just now, although I would have had no idea how to do that unless you hadnt said how to do it earlier on! thanks!

    Ordered 3 lots, only 2 arrived :(

    Invoice same as everyone else's but the confirmation email I received when I ordered it confirms the 90p total so if they try to take anymore from my cc I'll refer them to their email.

    Mine came today too. I have the total bill they sent me as an e mail receipt for my order so I don't think trading standards will wear it if they try to take any more. That's FRAUD plain and simple!

    Amazingly Avon managed to mispack a £15 bag into my order so dd over the moon.

    Got mine about 15 mins ago. Got everything I ordered. To be honest I didn't think they were going to send anything.
