    I put on a pound today, I am quite disapointed s going to really focus this week.

    I was not to bad this week, but went away at the weekend so a few extras crept in. Also today was the first day I wore my jeans...last week was summer skirts still.

    louby , don't forget jeans weigh upto 3lb , so i bet you lost this week or at least stayed the same , peachy x

    Wow! really! As I weigh myself at home, on a fri morn every week rather than go to classes, I always WI in my dressing gown and slippers! :)

    What you wear dose make a difference , i always wear the same clothes or something that feels the same weight as what i wore the last time i got weighed .
