This account is used by various staff members to try and resolve problems. As most of us aren't customer-facing, and to keep the correct contact procedures in place we'd prefer to not identify ourselves individually.

Well, right now it's just little old me; but the account will be delegated once I have a feel for the type of person I need running it.
As such, and because I don't think it really matters (unless you can explain why it might?) the account is simply "Company Representative" and what my name is doesn't really make any difference.
Silk, phone received, cancellation underway, someone will be in touch very shortly with an apology and compensation.

Of course it doesn't matter and the "Vodafone Rep" on this forum is more than 1 person. In fact, it's much better if there is a team there to deal with MSE forum members to cover when you are either on holiday, away on business or off sick.
With every post, Quentin is just showing what a bitter individual he is degenerating into, nit-picking at every and any post you make and totally ignoring any positive strides you are taking to improve things as well as holding your hands up when your company screws things up. I wonder what he would do if there wasn't a CPW company to gripe about?????0 -
This all came about by his refusal to admit to being a senior manager (marketing).
It doesn't matter how many reps post, but all this evasion just raises more questions.0
