I just checked online and it's working.. with 40mins left as of 9.45pm today..

Tried 150 and it's not working!

Surely it's not that hard to regulate yourself? you just need to reset your call duration log on your billing date??

I checked online now and it says 52 mins left (Finally a update since 30th Jan). Funny, that my billing month starts on 15th every month and I don't know where my current months 200 mins has gone. I hardly used my mobile last 3 days.

So, Even if the "remaining minutes" are updated they are still not correct.
  • I used my minutes alot, as I'm on 1000 min xNet, but when I checked online it says 1000 minutes remaining. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

my billing date is on 19th and i have lost all those minutes.

Orange is the worst company ever.

Still no online bill nor my balance minutes updated. My billing date is 15th of every month.

Has anyone recently got their online bill?.

same here! no bill online either... @%$$%£

actually lets me see remaining minutes, but they are 0.00 as of 17th of Feb, despite my billing cycle being 15th - 14th of each months.

this is was my last months with Orange, so I guess its time to say goodbye, even though they given me another 12 months of free 0800 access...

calling 150 still results in the '...currently (= read permanently) unavailable'

logged with Ofcom, and hope others will too:

    Thank you for contacting Ofcom.

Whilst I can appreciate your concern at not being able to access this facility, this is an additional service that Orange provides to their customers and it is not regulated by Ofcom.

I can only suggest that you liaise directly with Orange on this matter.

    Yours sincerely

Just got Ofcom's reply, they refused it was something to do with Ofcom. What should we do now? Email Orange directly? I already did using their website, but does anybody know their CEO / Manager's email?

I was able to see my online bill today. When I checked the pdf document properties, it says it was generated on 19th (it used be 16th for previous 9 months). So things are delayed in their system itself.

However, my minutes have not been updated for past 3-4 days.

Thanks, but I doubt he would read it, any other person who is likely to take some action would be.
