How many people have received the ING email yesterday - or had a call??
My wife received the email last night at about 8.30pm. BACS request 12/10
I also received the email last night. BACS request 13/10.
It states that they will "contact you shortly to confirm when the payments will be made".
I wonder what they mean by "shortly"0 -
Was told by Steve at ING that CHAPS payments are in the 5%.CHAPS 8th received 20th into HSBC A/CBACS on the 17th and 20th received 22nd into HSBC A/CCHAPS fee refunded 29/10I can survive any crisis - I have kids!!0

Still no sign of my £200k+ just rang my linked account they say nothing due in today. I spoke to a so called supervisor at KE sat morning he assured me it would in linked account today I am getting really p****d off at being blatently F***ing lied to every time I have rung the so called customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!10

I am still (along with many others I suspect) following this unfolding story with horror, even though I received my dosh on Friday (BACS requested 8th). I really believed all you CHAPS would have yours today & was looking forward to reading your news & seeing all the little dancing icons!
I feel really angry & upset that you are still having all this worry. Nothing I can say will make you feel better I know, but remember there really are lots of us who would be prepared to support you & are thinking about you.
It could still be good luck for today. Didn't the payments 2 weeks' ago start to come in around 2pm? Everything crossed for you all!

No, I haven't and I have just about had enough of this BS.
What is the point of ING having CS people to answer the phone who cannot provide any information ? They do know what is going on. They must.
The bad PR for ING from all of this will be very damaging to them.0
