If it was really nice I would leave 10% of the amount paid.
Here in Leeds I`ve twice had a dart through my card, think they must be wise to nail varnish remover, which makes me feel like leaving no tip at all but the Mrs dissagrees and shes the boss.On the internet you can be anything you want.It`s strange so many people choose to be rude and stupid.0 -

I would query this with them and quote the Chairman's guarantee on their website:
