Now if only I could think of a reason why Google checkout isn't allowed on Ebay
What is the reason? Is eBay purely shutting out the competition (because it owns PayPal)? eBid owns PPPay but it allows loads of payment methods. I like PPPay direct as there are no fees between accounts that are in credit but I also use Google, PayPal, BACS and credEcard, which now includes eBid as one of it's options. Have to admit, I cringe when seeing charity listings being paid for via PayPal as it costs so much.
If only I could get my act together to update my listings!

Relisting on eBid is a doddle if you don't need to change anything - just go into My eBid - Auctions - Unsold and tick BOTH the Repost & Delete boxes for all items you're re-listing - scroll down to All Repost/Delete - click on that and viola! - everything's relisted!

Congratulations! :j Hope you get a few more listed soon. At least once they are listed on eBid you don't need to worry about paying anything until they are sold. Are you using bidding or buy it now?I reserve the right not to spend.

Hi,
Thanks, I am using buy it now for my "specialty area" books and when I get to list the rest I was going to put them on 3 day cycle to be bidded for. I don't know if there is a logic in this but I shall see how it goes.
I have a big lot of books that need to go to Amazon asap so that is my priority. I will try to list some to eBid everyday as well. Sadly next week is my mandatory holiday as no school or nursery.

Thanks for the tip, my problem is that I have so many pages to relist that it still takes a while and after a long day at work I just can't seem to drum up the enthusiasm - I do every so often though.

FFM - there's an easier way than allowing all the pages to end then needing to relist at same timeSet them all to relist automatically to the maximum of 10 and thenlog in at least once a week anytime you have a few spare minutes, and reset the relisting number to 10 so it doesn't ever run out. OR set the bidding to end x number of days after 1st bid, that way you are guaranteed that all your items get picked up in the Google store thing and you won't need to worry about trawling through all the relists.

What url are you using? It should be: http://uk.ebid.net/
Have you cleaned out your cookies/browser cache/temp. internet files, etc. as that can sometimes be the problem.
