These look cute and hold 24 cds. Only a bargain if you're buying other things due to P&P. Click here to have a looksee. They also have discounts if you buy two different cases."There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children; one of these is roots, the other wings" - Hodding Carter

Seriously now, please i want to make christmas special as ds is 2 and its the first time he really knows about xmas which means presents (groan, more cheap ideas please).
I want to get him a stocking so he'll know santa has been but i'm stuck as he doesnt eat chocolate and most stocking fillers are far too young for him.

Bubbles are always good and cheap! Plus a bit of his favourite food? Why not, you have to replace chocolate somehow.....
Try Wikinson's for cheap toys that will do as a filler. I'm trying to think hard now... (mine are 9, 4 and 21 months)
How about bigger sized bouncy balls?
I got this stick that made a funny noise when you tipped it up,cheap, but still amuses everyone. Oh, also a car toy- Tescos near me had redused wooden ambulances (matchbox size) reduced to 82p. They have a light on top that goes off when pressed.
You're not alone. I have been storing the pressies away, buying things whilst on sale, or on a deal (August/Septmeber a good time of year to do so), and we also have b;days in Nov, Dec and Jan, so it's double the stocking up!!0 -
I recommend this place
http://www.hawkin.com/
it's fantastic (& no I don't work for them!!) :>))
Only problem is that I end up spending far too much money with them!Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -
I was in Asda the other day and they were selling loads of little kiddies things cheaply
I bought a toy camera, matching pairs set of cards, a childrens gardening kit (which I plan to split down individually and put in the stocking)
I look forward to getting other ideas from this thread, as this is all I have so far!!!0 -
