Well, I sent e-mail no3 re: points for the breast augmentation survey this morning, and have finally received a reply.

They are going to investigate ASAP, it has to be done manually and can take some time!!

No sure how long 'some time' is? but at least it was a reply.

Thats the answer i got too. I'll give it a week and if theres still no response I'll start bombaring them again for my points.

Heres hoping we wont have to eh?

I did the breast augmentation questionaire on 20 March. Didn't get the points. Sent 2 emails got one general reply. Anyone having any joy with this. I see one person chased and got their points soon, but y are they(lightspeed/lauren) ignoring me? Maybe my letters weren't strong or persuasive enough. Any tips?

i did this one too, no points, have emailed three times and now got this response
    Dear Panellist,

    Thank you for you email.

In answer to your query regarding your points status / not being able to complete a survey.

We will investigate the matter as soon as possible.

If an error has been made with the attribution of your points then the missing points will be attributed to your account.

Please note that this will take some time as it can only be done manually.

    We apologise for the inconvenience.

    Kind Regards,

I emailed them 3 times before getting the same message, this was received on 27th March, so over a week ago, they've had plenty of time to investigate, think I'll get emailling them yet again.

if i have to email them more than once then i complain and ask for a human reply not an automated reply and then when it comes to the points owing, if emailed more than once i complain that i have spent the time doing the surveys which take a long enough time to do so they can at least have the decency to credit my points as soon as possible...its always worked for me...
  • Hey I'll give that a go!!

I hadn't thought of it like that, but yes in total it's like completing another 30 minute survey.

    thanks for that
