It's a bit harder, but at the same time I knew I could do it as I'd done it before. I also went a different route to vary it a bit.

I think if you want to go that's half the battle. There's nothing worse than going just because you think you should.

This week I've done 1 x wk 3 run, and 2 x wk 4. Think I'll have the weekend off and get back to it on Monday.

Not sure how long I'll stay on week 4, finding it quite tough. Maybe another 2 runs.

Just completed run 2 of week 4, after a five day break....not feeling too bad but am soooooo glad I did it!!

If I hadn't gone out this morning then chances are I'd have just jacked it all in...

Going for a shower now and watching a rather damp dog (ours) looking in all forlorn from the garden and tapping on the door to be let in. Shall I? lol

All the best everyone and keep on running!!

    Eph xx

I'm awful, I haven't ran since last Friday!!!!

I am going out today, I'm sure I'll suffer for the break. Going to try go out today and tomorrow. Been quite stressed out with things but that's no excuse. I just can't seem to get myself back out once I get in from work, it's so cold out there :o

Many thanks to Charlies50 for posting the Facebook link on the last page. I was interested to see that people had found alternative podcasts with different music selections. And while I'm really grateful to Robert Ullrey for putting together his podcasts, I really don't share his taste in music! Here are 4 alternatives (they are all exactly the same running programme but with different music):

    http://www.djsteveboy.com/intervals.html
    http://chubbyjones.libsyn.com/

Probably still not my taste, but it certainly makes a change.

I tried the top one for my run yesterday- an 80s mix, which took me back a bit!

So, I done my run and failed miserably. I couldn't finish my last 5 mins, I felt really dizzy and horrible so had to stop :(

The top one looked good but for week 4 there is no voice to tell you when to go/stop so I didn't bother.
