Am i asking too much for my car?
Options
I have a Ford Fiesta which i am selling, but i seem to be getting no interest.
Its a 1998 S Reg and is a 1.25 Zetec. I am asking £1600 for it but having no joy.
The reason im asking that much is that its in immaculate condition, its only done 61k miles and has Full service history with stamped for book and has 8 months MOT.
It also has rear spoiler, cd player, alloys, power steering and drivers airbag.
I really need to sell as i need to raise funds for a new car!!
I have it for sale in 6 places at the moment and having no luck!
Any help appreciated!

Yeh iv been on that, but thats not a tru valuation as it doesnt let you put CD Player, airbags, Metallic paint, Alloys and exactly how many miles its done.
I found one where it valued my car at 1495....0 -

The true worth is only what someone will pay for it though
If you have it on at 6 places and no one's interested then it's overpriced.

Im thinking of dropping it by £100. Does anybody have any experience's selling a car on Ebay classifieds?0

In my experience Ebay car buyers are looking for real bargains.
I don't think dropping it by £100 is enough - that's close enough to your current asking price for someone interested to at least have a view.
Depends how much it is costing you to advertise - if nothing, then go for it

Well at the moment its cost me nothing to advertise. Iv seen cars in Autotrader worse than mine and they are selling for more! Im thinking of listing it on Ebay classified's which will cost £12.990

Well im in the process of buying a new car, and ford offered me 600 quid, i just laughed. I have it advertised in my local bargain pages, Auto4you, Autoweb, Automobile trader, preloved and also a sign in the cars window.0
