Garlic salt, garlic granules? Something that I could have in when I haven't got time to shop for the fresh stuff.
TIA.

Not so fresh Garlic :rotfl:0

I agree there is nothing like the real thing but the garlic paste in a tube is Ok if you have no fresh garlic. I keep a couple of bulbs in a terracotta garlic jar ( it came from Lakeland years ago) and it is OK for a few weeks but it eventually dries out.0

I've used this before:
It's ready crushed garlic in vinegar. The taste of the vinegar evaporates when cooking.
It's not quite as nice as fresh garlic, but it does taste good. Here I go again on my own....0 -
I always use the ready crushed in a jar, far easier and tastes just the sameI haven't got one!0

I buy ready peeled frozen garlic cloves from my local asian shop. This time I have gone one further and bought them frozen, peeled and crushed.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
