    Enter a received item, put in the R number then the SMART ID and carry on to the end.

    Yesterday packing some items for next week, chose a SMART but found it was not in my stock. Do not know if it was ever entered after completing the received item or it disappeared later.

    I found it they normally updated the SMART on Thursday evening. So you would be better prepare your packing on Friday evening for next week posting.

    Hovering the mouse over shows this as tnsglobal-mail.com. Is this correct or should it be tnsglobal.com?

    Rang them today on the above phone number. They clarified that this was correct so hope others on here get the email too.

    Incidentally, when trying to ring yesterday before 4pm, a message quoted that the phone line is open until 1pm (despite their website information also quoting 4.30pm).

    Got to love tns: if you ever make a mistake just think about them, and you'll feel better. :rotfl:

    Wooh! Just received the Golden SMART for the £100 vouchers. So pleased as I'm just recovering from a horrible heavy cold and feeling a bit low. What a great surprise :)

    This is my second time on the panel and last week's posting plan was fairly heavy. Making up four cube boxes plus usual jiffy bags/envelopes and several days with going to the post office before and after midday. Surprising how much time this involved in comparison with normal weeks
