Is the problem with your phone or with the signal strength at home?
If it's the phone then send it back for repair, if it's the signal get a suresignal boxIt's not just about the money0 -
Hi all,
razar - I thought that this had been dealt with last month. However, as you have a few outstanding issues, I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
k4tym - I'll be getting back to you later today.
kindapizzed - So we can help you further, I'd recommend following the steps in the "Network issues - initial checks and template" thread on our eForum.
Although I can't link you directly to it, you'll find it in the "Network queries" section.
Kind regards,
Lee

Hello Everyone!
Goodness, what a surprise to see that the same people are still posting because they've had no joy in getting their problems sorted! No surprise at all.
Well, despite getting an email from Lee at the start of Dec saying that he had arranged for a returns envelope to be sent to me, I've still still not received it. I have, however, received a letter from Vodafone telling me that I owe the £34.75 and it's sent from their collections department!! Saying I need to pay the balance immediately!!
Very strange isn't it, that when I rang them all those times and chatted online for hours on end, they couldn't trace my account number?? Nor could they trace my order number, or my emil address, or the Sales Order number. But oh yes, they can suddenly find an account number and set the debt collectors onto me??
Lee, I have only just managed to get my credit history in a good condition after many years, and I do not want Vodafone to mess it up again due to their unacceptable incompetence. Please get this sorted asap. The ref number at the bottom of the letter is Colpcan.

Hi Sal,
I'll chase up the returns bag and update you as soon as I can.
Kind regards,
Lee

Not strictly a complaint as yet though....
I am coming to the end of my vodafone contract (March I think) but logged in today to see that I am eligible for an upgrade. When I clicked on search for available updates the only ones it was showing was for blackberrys and nexus (I have an iPhone 5 and want to upgrade to 6).
I didnt have the chance to phone and discuss as yet as was working late but why is it only giving me the option to upgrade to these handsets?
Also, if I do phone up and vodafone offer me a not so good contract could I just let my current contract expire and then, for example, take out another vodafone contract through mobilephonesdirect.com? Some cracking deals on there.
The reason I would stay with Vodafone is they are the only major network with good service in my house!0 -
How things change. I have been very happy with Vodafon I have three phones with them.
This time with one of the phones coming to the end on contract. The bill went up by £10 pcm!! It was when I asked why the utter rubbish came out. My contract ended 4/12! Thats why the rental went up as the discount ended.but Vodafon say my contract does not end until 24 Feb. I have been told by the local shop, cs agent and chat agent contract ended 4/12.I have been told three times by chat agents that contract ends Feb 24 and I would have to pay the extra until then??
I was told you did not get discount in the upgrade period!!
I would be given £21 credit, er thats what you have already overcharged me ! Am I to be grateful they were given me what was already arraigned.
The service has been totally unacceptable! I have spent well over 4 hours on chat line and phone.
I gave in in the end and agreed to continue until the 24 Feb but at my old rental. I think the time I have spent on this was enough to end up with no satisfaction. All three phone wil now be slowly switched to Virgin.Be ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0 -
Both of you need to realise that contracts don't just "come to an end" or expire. Unless you give 30 days' notice to terminate OR ask for a PAC and use it the contract will carry on.0
