Lucky day today, went to Aldi and got caught in a light shower which stopped once I'd done my tiny shop, was going to Asda for items needed, but not immediately, but decided not too as didn't want to chance getting wet on way home. Just as I got in the door the heavens opened accompanied by Thunder.

Spent £2.87 in Aldi. Still need to get other items but might check approved first as need oil, might be able to get it cheaper? If so I can see if I can get some bulk buys to start my store cupboard off properly now I know what I am doing. Got some advice yesterday from someone who lived off pennies.

    Still trying to find it:o

    Hiya

Just tried to go to it myself and you're right, "page not available"

    Very odd indeed!

    Can someone else try?
    I'm using this address:

    Edit:

I've done some digging and whilst it is still showing as registered, when accessing the IP of the site directly (213.171.218.8), I get "The site you have requested does not exist on this server".

Really thought I was going to come in under budget as it was my last shop of the month today but budget was set before I knew I was going to have 3 extra adults and 1 teenager to cater for over the long BH weekend!

Have done this weeks shopping but for 5 adults & 1 teenager and spent £63.61 so total now over by £18.84 for the month so all in all not too bad with the extra catering for Fri night to Mon lunchtime!

Just added ice creams. A little treat for my LO after his hospital appointment. We also nipped to tesco to get a few bits, stocked up on some bits that I can't get in aldi as I had a voucher. I bough the boys some shoes but didn't include those. Did include the wrapping paper for ease!
Planning to go shopping early next week for my last weekly shop

Any 'living off pennies advice' to share around please ?? :D

Managed another NSD and I don't think I have ever seen my fridge so nearly empty except before/after a holiday  WOW - will definitely get a good clean before shopping tomorrow.

Hope you all have a frugal Friday :)

Two more spends to add - £15.56 in T plus £9.74 in A.
GC: £40 a week. Sticking to my budget, but never remembering to post in the relevant thread.
Probably buying toiletries that I don't need, as I can't resist a "bargain."
