Nsd today as predicted. Was ridiculously busy at work, and what I was supposed to have finished today isn't finished... Ah well!
Bf moves tomorrow. He currently lives about 20 miles away, but as of tom he'll be living about 40 doors up from me!! Didn't have to feed him today, won't need to feed him tom either, so all good.
Ch were supposed to be having chicken risotto for dinner tonight... Forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer! So, I made it without, and neither of them noticed!! Cheap dinner!

Nsd for me today. No time to have gone to the shops anyway! We had spiders for dinner, and I have cheesy mash and corned beef left over.
PG xHi, Please can I join in? I guess I'll be doing it properly in the June GC as we get paid on Friday but I'm just going to stay in the background here for a few days to get back into the mindset!
A warm welcome JennyBee :hello: Hope you have great fun on here and I'm sure you'll find everyone helpful. Don't forget to post your target on your signature.Bluegreen143 wrote: »Declaring at £181.3 / £180

A very early good morning from me, Iv not been on for a couple of weeks but am happy to report that Im pretty certain pending any major budget catastrophy that Im going to come in under my target this month. I have £46 left out of £200 and only have one more shop to go till payday. Im not going to declare my total just yet as dont want to count my chickens so to speak. Freezers and fridge still looking fairly healthy, just needing fruit n veg and basics for the coming week. I have still not managed the art of meal planning and it is something I want to get my head around next month as I am now on a low carb diet so need to really plan my shop lists and get organised.SPC No. 295 - SPC No10 target £350

Today should be a nsd as we don't need anything. I spent £2.50 yesterday in lidl on milk, a courgette and a bottle of water so have updated my signature. As it's payday tomorrow I'm technically starting the June challenge. I made a batch of soup from some ropey looking veg so that's lunches sorted for a few days. Tonight we're having chicken kievs and veg and I'll be making a lasagne tonight ready for tomorrow.Jonathan Douglas born 20th January 2009 - 9lb 4oz

Hi, went into the shop this morning to find that I mixed up my week and the Aldi voucher is not in this Thursday but next. Anyway that's fine as payday next friday so will have it ready then. I picked up some more reduced items including a pack of 12 bread rolls and 2 packs of 8 bread muffins each. 1.50 spend today. That leaves 6.50 in purse till 31 st. The bread items I picked up this morning will be for June as now two drawers of my freezer is stuff with reduced bread items. We have a bread machine for fresh. My hubby & kids eat me out of house & home with bread so always on the look out for bread items. Anyway feeling very optimistic with hitting target on grocery budget & putting more money in the savings account. I have not done a signature yet as I joined half way through this month on this thread but will do it payday ready for the June challenge.'There are far better things ahead Than any we leave behind '0

congrats on the new job bluegreen!! :T
My total is now running at £242/£300...which I am pretty happy about as it has included a night out, lots of garden compost, grow bags and a variety of other stuff that I wouldn't normally buy out of it....I was going to take the cash out of other budgets but have decided that I may as well just leave it as it is!
So, £58 to last me for the rest of the month....I should have no real problem with this but you can never tell!!Mortgage 12.12.12 £55842 12.12.13 £42716 14.12.14 £28837 13.12.15 £25913
