Here you go, contact page for "customers", as you call them.0 -
Deception is clear .....misleading is clear, unfair T&C's are clear.
Irony is there are still posters here to argue for them!7.1 You shall pay the Service Charge in advance using your credit card, debit card or any other acceptable method of payment as set out on the Website. reserve the right to withhold or cease provision of the Service to You where payment of the Service Charge has not been received. 7.2 You hereby agree and consent to the immediate commencement of the performance of the Service by such that on payment of the Service Charge, you can immediately access the Service using the Website. 7.3 Subject to the provisions of these Terms, You agree and acknowledge that due to the nature of the Service, the Service Charge shall be non- refundable and that any request for refund of such Service Charge shall be at 's sole and absolute discretion. 8.0 -

Once again, hpuse, you have just posted something without saying where it has come from.
What is your problem with naming the source of the things you quote?
And how many times do you need to be told that posting something in large font & bold doesn't make it any truer?
However, the statement you quoted - wherever it came from - seems pretty clear to me, hpuse.
So - what is your point?0 -

Whilst I agree that this particular web site is designed to look like the DVLA page, the thing that stands out to me, on a predominately bright orange page is the big green triangle with the words "not affiliated or connected with DVLA or GOV.UK"
Also on the home page you have to answer a series of questions and click either yes or no. The 4th question isI am aware that if I choose to pay by credit/debit card, an additional charge will be applied (service fee). There is no charge for applying at the Post Office to buy a tax disc, but Post Office do not accept credit cards (Customers taxing a vehicle that do not have to pay tax should also select yes).
Which in turn links toIf you are paying online via credit or debit card, taxdisc-direct.co.uk will levy a service fee of £40. Please note that if you plan to cancel the application after it has been processed by taxdisc-direct.co.uk, only the service fee of £40 (less administration fee of £8) will be refunded.
All seems quite clear as long as you read what is there.
(PS. the bold highlights in the quotes are mine)0 -
Surely when you get your new tax disc you type in the address thats mentioned in the reminder thats sent in the post so how can you go to the wrong website.0

Absolutely.
Although to be fair, that particular site pushes the bounds of legality in my opinion, being as it is styled to look very like the official DVLA site.0
