I've been rubbish :( I'm hopeless. Please put me down for a STS 2b as I can't cope with hopping on the scales. I'll try and get back on it. At least I do keep trying. I'm not a bad person. I'm just a greedy FrogPig.

Hope you're all doing much better than me. Here's my line

    Morning!
Don't be down Frogga, you'll get there, don't be so hard on yourself.

A lot of Stay the sames this week, incl myself so hopefully a great result next week.
I have discovered that I'm better on red days, less feeling of wanting to eat all day and not feeling full.

Making little meatballs today that I can munch on tonight.

Making curry for the family tonight. Has anyone made cauliflower and used it instead of rice? Is it good?

    Have a good day everyone

I haven't, but I do make a cauliflower and lentil korma-dahl thing that is so filling it doesn't need rice, so I can see how that would work. I do know someone who swears by Savoy cabbage instead of rice though. She says it's so awesome she has it whatever plan she is doing that day. Have to say, she's lost almost 7 stone in 7 months, so she's doing something right!! Xx

    Good morning all,

I am just a tad bit hungover and head achey, and fell spectacularly off the wagon last night, with 2 bottles of Prosecco AND a chinese (though I tried to be OK ISH with my choices there!)

Really hoping I can claw back something before my WI on Thursday. Though OH cooked me a SW friendly full English for breakfast and I had to use syns for that - was hoping I wouldn't need to use any at all though, rats! *ungrateful mare!*

Anyway here is our chat this week, anybody that hasn't responded now for 2 weeks I have removed, just because I like a nice tidy spreadsheet :D

Look at our total losses - go US! :j:j:j

I can hear the baby stirring from her nap so better go grab her!

    2b xx

Wow! Look at that - thanks 2b.
  • 2 Alpenlight cereal bars
    1 kellog's Special K Chewy Delight Bar
30g bag Ryvita Minis, all varieties.
    2 Ryvita original/dark rye/fruit crunch.

Alternatively, you can have dried/canned/cooked fruit, nuts and seeds or certain servings of ready made soups. Let me know if you are interested in any of that and I'll list them for you Xx

My book says 3 dark rye ryvita has this changed? I've been having three

Mine says 2 as a speed symbol HEB or 4 for a double fibre HEB when you need it. 3 is neither one or the other I'm afraid. You can however have 3 Ryvita hint of chilli/multigrain/pumkin seed ones. Xx

Oh, that sounds interesting, I have a savoy cabbage in the fridge, I wouldn't have thought of using that myself, might try that tonight since I already have the cabbage. I really want to to stick to the plan, usually I cave in when we have curry etc and I know I can use rice as a HEb but want to make something yummy and feel that I have had a good dinner so less likely to cheat and eat everything in sight later on, IYKWIM?

I also mix a Toffee or Caramel Options sachet (1.5 syns) with a bit of boiling water to make a paste and then coat slices of banana in it. Put on a plate covered in greaseproof paper and into the freezer to set. It's like old fashioned banoffee toffee. It also works using the chocolatey flavours of Options and hulled strawberries or grapes. You have to eat them from the freezer though, you can't take them anywhere with you or they turn to mush.

I love this idea, thank a lot,:T going to try this tonight for my Saturday night nibbles. I have cherry flavoured Options and Turkish delight as well, oh the possibilities................ :D
