Lose Weight 36

STS for me this week. Was hoping for a loss as a cheeky premature weigh-in y'day was showing 1lb loss but the burger and wine I had last night have obviously made a difference! Oh well, on wards and upwards.
4 hours to add to the challenge please, 4 mile runs on sat and mon, half hour walks y'day and today and then an hour of painting tonight after work. Really knackered my knee on my last run so might need to go easy the next few days/weeks - will still try mat work and walking and have plenty of painting (new kitchen is almost finished!) to keep me active.
Dinner time now, spag bol from the freezer - not too appetising but cheaper (and a lot healthier) than a Domino's which is what I really want.
Good luck all with the weigh-ins0 -
Fred could you add 17 hours of exercise for the last 8 days please
Been doing loads of gardening- it's finally starting to look like a garden and not a jungle! plus swimming, walking and gym.
Looking forward to seeing what next month's challenge is going to be

I think I must have misread the scales last week as this week no matter how I stand on them I can't get them to read more than 141.4kg. It's the first full week back on the grind and I've done my daily run and three hard weight sessions but even taking all that into account I can't explain why I'm almost 12lb lighter without assuming I misread something last week.
But whatever the reason, I'm a lot closer to my goal than I thought I was. Only 21kg to go before the end of the year and I'll have done it, I also bought a t-shirt from M&S in XL as a "see how long it takes for that to fit" and it fits already. Having a fairly good week0 -

-0.5lb off, dodged a bullet this time as I really did eat a lot over the bank holiday weekend! This week won't be much better but I won't be weighed for another two weeks due to my holiday... time to burn it all off.0
