In what way?
I was thinking of going with the Ace but if this is better....
I'm not experienced enough to give a sensible answer - there are many others here who can do so - but I prefer the screen size of the G300, it has Gorilla glass (my other half's Galaxy Ace already has a small scratch on it), I love the little LED light flashing if I miss a call or text or reminder. My other half's Ace Plus has had problems connecting to wi-fi, although hopefully sorted out now. The G300 has just worked flawlessly and I am going to be brave and upgrade it to ICS very soon - next week hopefully (following Sillygoose's instructions). It just seems to do everything I want it to and with no complaints!0 -
Screen size isn't everything, screen resolution is just as important (if not more so) and the G300 has a much better resolution than the Ace+. Things will look a lot sharper on the G300.0

Precisely - it's a double whammy, bigger screen AND better resolution. And cheaper. No brainer.0 -

Agreed! in Angry birds colour is vibrant and detailed for a good example
plus I am getting great battery life in typical use, call quality is great and the on-board memory is generous. I even like the default Huawei ringtone - nice and loud.
Total no brainer.0 -
Does Skype work properly on it?
Thats probally the most important thing for me.0 -

You can still get it for £70 via very.co.uk (and still avail via ISME i think) - 6% if you get cashback
I've kept my 1st post up to date with cheapest price details
The link you mention requires a credit check, doesn't it? and their delivery is a little uncertain.
There's a 3.6% Quidco cashback for Vodafone instore purchases if you register a credit card with Quidco.0 -
