Hi,
Just thought I'd try and help....missing files when windows loads would generally point me towards a corrupted installation. Perhaps you could try rebooting with the original install disk booting up and giving you the option to repair the installation.

Sorry guys....I decided to uninstall fooz kids which I did, I though successfully but it is still showing up in the programs list in uninstall but when i click either uninstall or change I get error message 5005 and it is still there.
I ran dds to see if it is in the logs and it is even though it is showing i removed fooz-how can i remove it properly please?0 -
Try the uninstaller in ccleaner or Revo Uninstaller
Out of interst, is it Fooz Kids or Fooz Kids Platform that's still in the list?How do I add a signature?0 -

Just checked on their support site - apparently you're meant to uninstall the platform (which presumably takes the rest with it)
The other thing you could try is to see if a restore point was created last night and if so restore back to that point, then try the uninstall again.How do I add a signature?0 -
ccleaner sent up the same message, downloaded remo and ran, got the same error message but when i scanned for remnants, there are a few files coming up but i dont know if safe to delete them or not?

Did the system restore successfully, fooz kids is back but when i try to unistall the platform first I am still getting the same error message figment
When i double click to open fooz kids, Adobe IR opens a window and says it is damaged and to try to reinstall
AND... a couple of nero bits have reappeared but when i try to unistall i get a message saying another program is being installed and to wait until i have done...but im not doing anything...<<< a reboot has sorted this part out but I am still stuck with what to do with the fooz...0 -
Go back to System Restore and undo the latest restore. That will put it back as it was at 1:05pm
