Hi peeps, well this is the chart!! I know you'll be patient peeps if I've made some mistakes -let me know & I'll alter pronto. 3 peeps highlighted in pale blue didn't post a wl this week so I put sts.
Congrats to 3 slimmers of the week: anic:T dellybelly:T & pixiedust:T . Katiepc, you posted in kg so I did a calc and rounded it down to 2.5lbs if that's ok. Suggs - sorry, I got a little confused between you losing 2lbs earlier in the week and later posted a sts so haven't altered your total. Let me know if it needs changing. Victory, you actually lost more than our sotw but I wasn't sure to include you, being as you are a maintainer and you hadn't mean to lose that! Hope that was ok. Sorry you've felt so rough :grouphug:
The great thing about doing the chart is having a better sense of some of the fantastic accumulated losses that are going on with you peeps: a special congrats to poohbear who has finally lost her 1st stone, despite the struggle with drugs etc.
Oh, and I forgot to say I've changed this months target from 5lb to 4lb, seeing as the chart is only running for 3 weeks
OOPS, SLIGHT MALFUNCTION OF CHART...See in post below...I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Hi Beanie - I explained in the 'first half of the chart post that the blue highlight was for the 3 peeps who didn't appear to have posted their WI this week - just in case I had missed them by accident:o . By the way - have I got your total weight loss right, coz it was down at 30lbs but you sais last week you had lost 2 stone... let me know. 2 stone is fantastic:TI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

I was so excited with my news I forgot to update everyone on Nan! She is still in hospital and we have been told she has a tumour on her brain which was swollen because she hasn't been taking certain medication. We're off to see her tomorrow for the first time since the weekend as the hospital is 70 miles away so will say more Friday.Weight loss since 01/08/07 - 72 lbs:j0 -
Thanks bb.
My loss now is 30 lbs so you are right.:T

Hello Peeps :j
Well done pixie, anic and delly for being joint S'OTW :T in fact well done to everybody :T because at this time of year, with all the temptation around it's so hard to stick to any weight loss plan, but we are determined bunch and will see it through :j :j ...Thanks for doing the chart Brightonbelle  you're a star :j ...
...Glad to see that you sts Suggs, :j must have been all the exercise at the weekend, (walking by the canals that is), and talking of Suggs...
good luck getting 40a bras! i work in lingerie, i dont think we have one of that size where i work. Anyone need a fitting come directly to me do not pass go ect ect...
...Do you actually measure people for new bras Vix? I went to buy new bras a couple of weeks ago and thought that it would be a good idea to get measured properly, (in M&S there was a sign saying that 70% of women wear the wrong size!) Being brave  I sent my DD in first, but when she told me that she had to take off her top, I chickened out. I can quite understand the need for this, but can you explain to me how you take into account the style of bra being worn or that some will already be wearing the wrong size bra etc? For example, (off the top of my head;) ) a bra that is too big cupwise, do you peep inside to see if there's a space (which there is in this hypothetical case:rotfl: ). I've always measured myself ie underneath and around the fullest part blah blah, and will do so again before I buy some new ones, but I would very much like your professional point of view, please.
BTW, don't get too worried about eating a KitKat. I regard them and Milky Ways as weight loss friendly, in that they can easily be incorporated into a diet, while still being classed as 'proper' chocolate (ie as eaten by non dieters). You can easily compensate for one, by adjusting what you have later on in the day, should you need to, it's the more calorie laden things like Mars that are best avoided IMO...
...missyg When I find a tape measure, I shall give the hip/waste ratio thing a go, and get back...
...Now on to more important things, let's see what the festive picture is today
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Morning all! Hope everyone is well and looking forward to the weekend.
Day One of meticulous calorie-counting here and I've already realised I could do with better kitchen scales so I'm looking for something with a digital readout, it'll be useful for my eBaying too when calculating postage! Recommendations anyone?
On the subject of bras, I got asked by someone I hadn't seen in a while where my boobs have gone!!! All this weight loss and they comment on the one thing that hasn't changed in size at all! (Well OK technically it's two things)
