    The money was pending from my bank but now it appears not to be. That cant be a good sign :(

    £23.86 was pending on mine but now it's not looks like it's not gonna happen there is one on dabs.com

    I emailed Dell and here is the reply

    Dear xxxxxxxxxx,
    Thank you for contacting Dell online customer care.
    I have received an email regarding you wanting to know the delivery date for the order.
    Your order nnnnnnnnn with Customer Number xxxxxxx placed with DELL is in production with an estimated delivery date of 22 Aug 2007.
    In the meantime I have registered your Order with Dell's "Order Watch". This ensures you'll automatically receive an email when your order leaves our manufacturing facility.
    To follow the progress of your system through our 5-step Quality Assurance Process please go to http://support.euro.dell.com/uk/en/olos/
    However, I will keep you informed on the status of your order .
    I shall call you on 22/08/07 with an update on the order status.
    I have also logged the conversation with the following details:-
    Case Number: xxxxxxxxx
    I would like to let you know that I will own this case until the closure and keep you updated on the progress.

    So it is in Production line and I will eventually get it

    Literally just checked my Barclaycard account, and the money (£44.20) is still shown as pending on my account.

    Still no change in the ordre status at Dell... "Your order is being processed with our supplier...."

    This is a strange one - some people are allegedly being told over the phone that its a misprice ,and the orders will be cancelled, while no-one seems to have had a cancellation email yet - and some have had the amount debited from their account, while others have (or did have) the amount pending.

    I just wish they'd sort it one way or another.

    Pending transactions always 'drop off' the system after a few days.

    I buy from Dell on an almost weekly basis and the initial authorisation comes and then goes, and then re-appears as a transaction when it is shipped, but backdated to the date when you ordered.

    Well I've gone from stocks being checked to;

    I get the same but the money has already been taken from my bank account.
    Before you criticise someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.
    That way, when you criticise them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

    The money is still shown as pending on my account and I must have been one of the first to order before 11:30am on the 14th.

    Still no cancelation E-Mail.

    And I have had "We have located your Order but we cannot advise a status, please contact Dell Customer Service." on my order for a few days now.
