I am not sure0 -
I too avoid the tescos thread even though I shop there, too much to take in.
Its a pity that when an offer is found and placed on the tescos thread it automatically goes on the grabbit on its own for say a few hours.0 -

don't worry. the net is closing in on kevin kelly. he's got a track record of picking fights with people. not a nice person by all accounts

Saw misprice on SEL. (meat per Kg error). I felt 'familiar eyes' watching me as I put the stuff in my trolley by the way, but thought nothing of it. Promptly paid and went to CS. Went back to the aisle with CS guy....
... the label had been corrected - within the space of a few minutes!
Got the Duty Manager to go and enquire, but not surprisingly couldn't come up with anyone who would own up to changing the SEL.
Thought about keeping the meat and complaining to HO. Instead, returned it there and then, but I might complain anyway and see what comes of it.
My only option in future would seem to be to photograph each and every misprice as I find it. Does anyone else do that as standard? Any experience or suggestions on this?Is every aisle generally on CCTV?
How long afterwards is footage normally kept?
Could I, and indeed can I now, request to see the footage?
Could the manager have reviewed the previous few minutes at that time?0 -

tesco finest ready meals- steak and ale with cheddar mash, chicken with bernaise sauce and potatoes are £3.99 each, on BOGOF. The till is also taking off the £1 off 2 finest meals discount by mistake- therefore you get 2 meals for £2.99. Not a bad price considering they are usually £3.99 each (and very nice too I might add!) HTH
Tried this at 7pm yesterday and no extra £1 off for me. They've either fixed it or it only applies to some stores.0 -
I think most people think it's just a misprice thread and do not know what Tesco do if they overcharge you.0
