I had a lovely dinner tonight.......and I didn't cook it.
I have no idea how many carbs it would have been but it couldn't have been too bad I think.
Chicken breast stuffed with a little mascarpone & little garlic (was supposed to be philidelphia but none left) and wrapped in bacon, done in tinfoil in oven. Few mushrooms dry pan fried with a little garlic, couple of tiny baby toms, a few chopped walnuts and some spinach and then the chicken slapped on top. Little mayo at the side.
Was very nice and not too carby I think?Herman - MP for all!0 -

Can't be many carbs and it sounds delish! Think that's what we all should aspire toWondergirl! Glad you getting right into it - and getting it cooked for you! You must be magical, my friend :rotfl::beer:
Kinda an inspiration to us all! You seem to have everything necessary going on. :j
Would personally take a down shift on that if I had to crawl through attics etc. Think I'd cook it miself if some one else would do the hard stuff :rotfl:
SOOO glad you're back! sweets n mazz are great (well, here all the time for one :rotfl: and wonderful people to boot :j) but you do inject a certain je ne sais qua to our little discussions, which is nice. (I really love them and hope they don't bash me up for that, there)
Anyway, I want your chicken!
Tis on the recipe list under ''Alias' chicken amazingness'' Sure to be a hit! Cheers hun

Was it maybe Milk Thistle?0 -
are you all cooking for yourselves, or do you have family/oh's to cater for? It bugs me cooking more than one meal so I try and cook something that I can adjust to suit us all.0
