But is only for 6months or the online deals of 750 plus 750 text but there will be long weekends of 2000mins a month that is hardly bad... I think someone should start a moblie service where for say £100.00 you get unlimmited text and calls. exculiding non graph numbers

Does anyone know when this Long Weekend tarriff is coming in?

I tried calling O2 this morning on 0870 225 7879 (0800 0890281) and they were only offering 1500min/100text on an offpeak basis at £35. The 1500mins was for use any day of the week which made me think it wasn't the Long Weekend tarriff despite him saying it was.

It's frustrating for me as I lost my phone in Tehran and need a new one. T-Mobile's Flext sounds good for me but they don't offer the Nokia N80 and say they won't be for the forseeable future.

Very annoyed they have dropped the 3 month rollover thing. That was very useful to me.

O2 Long Weekend Pay Monthly Terms

A usage limit of 2,000 minutes to UK mobiles and UK landlines per billing month applies. Calls to 0844, 0845 and 0870 numbers are excluded from the free long weekend minute allowance.

And you currently cant get them on online tarriffs but you can get 500 minutes on pay as you go.

I am trying to find more information on the new tariff's and compare with Old ones to see any benefits. Looks to me O2-400 is best to go for now.
