Hi Cheeky - unfortunately orange juice is high in syns on SW, so the best alternative is to eat lots of fresh fruit - grapes, grapefruit, and oranges all have the desired effect on me!
You could also try spicy foods like chilli or curry which you can do free on red or green days depending on whether you use Quorn mince or low fat minced beef (or turkey).

Anyone doing Rosemary Conley?
I've been trying her low GI diet, and I've changed quite a few foods to avoid high GI. I don't eat old potatoes anymore as they are high, and have switched to sweet potatoes or new potatoes - sweet potatoes are lowest in the GI ratings, followed by new which are medium. Sweet potatoes are great roasted - spray a baking tray with fry light, cut the potato into large chunks and roast for about 30 mins at 200c. I sometimes roast butternut squash with sweet potato as it cooks in the same time.
I've also replaced hard cheese with extra light philadelphia and cottage cheese (no substitute to be honest but I'm determined).
I was already a porridge devotee and that's low GI so I have that for breakfast most mornings. I also discovered a way to make a small portion (1.5 oz or 42g) of muesli much more filling - I mix it with natural or very low fat yogurt and leave it overnight. The grains and dried fruit in the muesli absorb some of the moisture from the yogurt and it's very filling.
If I have toast I have honey on it instead of butter or margerine.
Anyone got any more suggestions?Start BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.30 -

Thats your answer for weight loss guys.......
Tomatoes help raise your metabolism this helping burn calories (then fat)
WW used to promote it as their "NIL POINT SOUP" so a big bowl of chopped toms and mixed veg with a dash of curry powder makes a very filling lunch.0 -
