Hi guys, sorry I didn't get back to you all yesterday. I weighed in 1½lbs less yesterday so I was quite happy considering I still hadn't been to the toilet.
Totally naughty yesterday, pizza hut for dinner, crisps wine and a box of chocolates for tea (I thoroughly enjoyed it all though!) and back on track today.
Lilaclillie, it must've been such a relief (in one way) to find out it wasn't anything you were in control of and now you can cope with it better. Have a great holiday, you deserve it.I haven't got one!0 -

:rotfl: at Loopylass! You will be pleased to see bf back, he will think you look great and that will spur you on to lose more! Well done at staying the same!
Lindsey - I used to drink wine by the bucket pre SW :rotfl: Since then I have it with diet lemondade so you can have twice as many - if you know what I mean - wine is 5 syns per glass. Spirits are 2.5 per measure so you can have 2 of them in place of a glass of wine. Alcopops are the worst offenders so avoid like the plague! :beer:0 -
