Stopping a CCJ via Tomlin Order with Reston Solicitors?
Got county claim forms from them asking me to submit defence etc. I contacted Restons, they refused a Tomlin order and Capquest (who passed it on) said there's absolutely nothing I can do. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi all, Just a quick question... How long until a debt is not allowed to be chased for? i.e. if you haven't had any contact from lender or provided written confirmation you owe a debt? Any are there any terms that have to be followed (like no contact etc.)? Cheers TD
