Looks like two neighbours in a business park to me.
One in unit 2b and the other in unit 2c.

I'd be booking a few days in Chester if it were me."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0

I am sorry to report that we are having the same problem as you, in that my husband ordered a piece of jewellery for me as a Valentines day gift on 1/2/2011, which didn't arrive. Having phoned to chase up, we were told that there would be a significant delay on the jewellery, so instructed them to cancel the order and refund the cash. Despite a large number of emails, phone calls and letters, we are still waiting for the money and keep being told that "their accounts department are having problems making payments!" How any company can run a business in this manner just beggars belief. Our next port of reference will be the Trading Standards offices in Chester on 08454 04 05 06. We have already threatened them with taking the matter to the small claims court, as everything else we've tried to date has been a lost cause. Good luck with your efforts to get your money back, but I cannot help but feel that we may all end up losers with this company. Wouldn't touch them again with a bargepole!0

Write one more letter, a letter before action.
Give them (say) 7 days to refund your money.
Have a look at the thread entitled...
