Depends how you are fixed for freezer space. I'd make some shepherds pies in tinfoil containers and chuck them in the freezer.
    :D I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe :D

    Ice maiden,

If you check the mega index (it's a sticky at the top of the OS board) then click on cooking and recipes, theres lots of ideas for potatoes listed under "vegetables"

    HTH ;)

    Edit: Potato soup recipe

LOL at your post, I was just wondering a similar issue myself!

However, I'm at the top of my sack of spuds!

    Mashed potato portions
    Soup
    Cottage Pie
Cheese / onion / potato pie

Hmmm, good luck, I shall be watching for any more suggestions!

Panacalty - is that spelt right, never rally thought about how it is spelt. Any, it is layers of sliced potato and corned beef and onion, with gravy.

I also do a version without the meat replaced with vegetables.

Fab idea, do I cook them first or leave them raw?

Roast pots, would I defrost these before putting them back in the oven or can they be cooked from frozen? Sorry never frozen them before!
