The override does work. I used it last week to phone Canada. I have both phone and BB with Plusnet.

How strange, definitely doesn't work on mine!!

As a long standing plus, net customer, my only comment is be wary of the customer service.

If everything goes fine, all is well.

However, long waits, broken promises, different stories, no call backs await you if something goes wrong. They dont seem to have enough people to answer calls.

Plusnet deal was advertised on MSE on 4.3.2015. i.e. "blagged" by MSE whilst commission paid to MSE.

Now, no sign of this Plusnet deal on MSE site.
Why has it vanished in such a hurry ?

Today writing to Baker (CEO) at Plusnet with copies of MSE deal for him to confirm that £100 cash back is payable after 60 days.

Anyone else on MSE anything to share re. £100 trickery ?

    Many thanks.

Because it was time limited? It had a clear end date on the write up. Why would they keep it up after this? Have your sixty days passed yet?

Quick update, been running it for a couple of weeks now. Faultless. I was worried about switching my internet as it had a lower advised speed that sky 17gb -v 14gb but it has been sound. if anything slightly better, less buffering on netflix. All good.

I just went to switch from BT to Plusnet but the monthly broadband charge leapt from £14.99 (on their website and yours) to £22.99 for me - more expensive than BT. Beware!

As they don't have a package costing £22.99 I expect you're reading it wrongly considering it's at a reduced cost of £3.99pm just now. The usually show the monthly cost including line rental.

Sorry, typo, £22.49 (less £11 discount for 6 months) But this is still substantially more than the advertised full price of £14.99
